By accessing or using this site, you agree to be bound by the following terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
1. Overview
50AcreWoods.net is owned and operated by Framily Rentals, LLC, located in Palmyra, TN. Our website offers information, registration, and payment processing for creative retreats, workshops, classes, and related services.
2. Use of Site
By using this site, you agree to:
Provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering or making a purchase.
Use this site only for lawful purposes.
Not copy, distribute, or misuse content without permission.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on this site—including text, images, logos, class materials, and branding—is the property of 50 Acre Woods or its contributors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not use or reproduce our content without written permission.
4. Class & Retreat Registration
Registration for classes or retreats is processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Your spot is not confirmed until a deposit or payment in full is received. Each class may have its own cancellation and materials policy (outlined on individual class pages).
5. Cancellation Policy
Retreats & Classes
PAYMENTS, CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS:
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your retreat reservation.
Refund policy:
The deposit is non-refundable if you cancel within 120 days of your retreat start date.
Any payments made beyond the deposit become on-refundable within 45 days of the retreat start date.
Exceptions & Special Circumstances
Refunds or alternative accommodations are considered at the sole discretion of 50 Acre Woods and may be granted in cases such as:
A cancellation initiated by 50 Acre Woods.
A weather guarantee, if explicitly offered by 50 Acre Woods for the retreat.
Adjustments due to group attendance numbers.
Any approved refunds will be processed after the retreat dates are concluded.
Rescheduling policy:
In some cases, guests may be offered the option to transfer their booking to a future retreat. This option will only be provided once per original booking. If rescheduling is granted:
The original retreat’s refund policy will still apply to the rescheduled date.
Example:
If you reschedule while within the 120-day non-refundable window, the new retreat will be treated as if it were still within that window.
If you reschedule while you are within 45 days of arrival, you will remain within that non-refundable period, even if the new retreat date is further out.
Force Majeure (Circumstances Beyond Our Control):
At 50 Acre Woods, we do everything possible to make sure your retreat runs as planned. However, sometimes life brings unexpected challenges—like severe weather, illness, power outages, or other events that are outside of our control.
If something like this happens and we are unable to host your retreat on the scheduled dates, we will:
Reschedule the retreat to a new date within the next 6 months, whenever possible.
If rescheduling doesn’t work, we’ll provide you with a credit toward a future retreat.
Refunds may be considered in special cases, depending on the situation.
We appreciate your understanding that these rare events are beyond our control, and we’ll always do our best to take care of you and keep your retreat experience a positive one.
6. Payments
All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment provider. We do not store your credit card information on our servers. Taxes or additional fees (such as materials fees) will be disclosed at checkout or on individual class pages.

We are committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and welcoming space for all participants. By registering for a class or retreat, you agree to treat fellow guests, instructors, and staff with respect. Discriminatory or disruptive behavior may result in removal without refund.
9. Limitation of Liability
50 Acre Woods is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage that occurs during travel to/from or participation in events, including use of equipment or facilities. Guests participate at their own risk.
